Is Joseph Stockdale (first editor and printer of The Bermuda Gazette (est 1784). Commemorated on a Bermuda stamp in 1984) the same person as John Joseph Stockdale, (1770–1847 - publisher and son of John Stockdale I). Surely he'd be 14 when he started the Bermuda Gazette!
