Both brothers

[edit]

This should likely be an article about both brothers (Scott and Stuart). There was lot of coverage of their work together, and a lot less coverage of them on their own. --- Possibly 02:55, 18 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I confess that I haven't looked. But if indeed there's little about each of the two by himself, then I agree with Possibly. (See Bernd and Hilla Becher, Jake and Dinos Chapman, etc.) How about it, Ntxart? -- Hoary (talk) 06:55, 18 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you so much for your feedback! I'm working on a separate article for Scott Gentling and hope to have it up soon. I will link the two pages to each other. Do you think that might work? I have more information about Scott Gentling's artwork. Thank you! Ntxart (talk) 00:56, 23 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, Ntxart, it might. What certainly would work is to combine them into a single article, Scott and Stuart Gentling, as Possibly suggests above. -- Hoary (talk) 08:33, 25 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Okay, thank you! I have submitted a piece on Scott Gentling. Kindly review it and let me know if this works! They were individual artists who also collaborated which is why I created separate pages. Most sources seem to credit works individually, except for ones like their book and the murals at Bass Performance Hall. Scott Gentling is credited for most of the well-known portraits (of Jane Goodall, George Bush, etc.). If you recommend editing the two articles further to reflect that, please let me know.
