I enjoy your article so far! The division of contemporary and Historical is nice. The only real comment I have is that I think the NU Divest portion could really benefit from a general summary of what happened- since the quote itself is informational, but is difficult to follow and understand with a quick read; Especially for those with little knowledge of the subject. I would also include/locate a source for the second half of the Black House Protests paragraph, since it seems like all accurate information, but is just missing that final citation. Overall super great research! Ccowness (talk) 19:43, 28 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Michael Marino and I are trying to give some feedback on another article, but we can't find any of them because Wikipedia keeps saying they don't exist/we can't tell which is the part the group uploaded vs. what was already there. Thanks!

Hi, Lisa Larbi here. Working on the article with a few others. Not sure what you mean by this and how it's relevant to your page asledge19. Could you please explain? Do you mean your reviewing ours instead. A little confused :/ — Preceding unsigned comment added by Lisalarbi (talkcontribs) 19:27, 28 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Team, I think your article has a great lead. It clearly outlines what you will be talking about in your article. However, I think it puts more emphasis on the historical rather than the contemporary, because even though you mention both in your opening sentence, you only go into to detail talking about the historical. For the rest of your article, it has a very clear structure and it is easy to follow. The Black Student Sit-Ins and the NU Divest section only has quotes though, whereas in the other sections are summarized. This inconsistency in formatting is a little off-putting. I would suggest putting these two sections into your own words as well, while possibly including a few quotes. I think you did a really good job of identifying each act of activism and explaining where it happen, why it happened, and who took part. Overall I think it’s a really solid article! Hello all, so far your article looks really good. It provides a lot of information on your topic and clearly divides the historical and current situations at NU. While your article has great structure, I would recommend going into more detail about the contemporary aspect of your article. There is a nice summary about the historical, but a well balanced article could benefit from even attention to both sections. Other than that, your article looks great! — Preceding unsigned comment added by NathanFox (talkcontribs) 17:30, 4 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
