Suji

In India and other anglophone countries, the term "semolina" includes both durum and common wheat. This a frustrating point of confusion in discussions of Indian cuisine since the "semolina" used for suji is from common wheat, not durum. The term should thus be made more clear with the descriptor "common wheat", and by reference to the US term for common wheat semolina, "farina". MonteGargano (talk) 08:44, 29 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
