"Depending on the rate of deployment, the J-11B will probably be a superior machine overall to the Su-30MKK."

I can't find a verifiable source to substantiate this statement. As well, evaluating the performance of a yet to be fully designed and deployed aircraft to a existing variation of the same aircraft is highly subjective, due to the lack of information that is publicly available on Shenyang's work on the J-11B. As such, I have pulled this statement out of the article, until the time someone can backup this statement with proof. ThePointblank 00:39, 27 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

--The entire article is littered with mistakes and includes far too much information of dubious provenance - see the radar section for instance. Claims need to be sourced according to wiki standards, otherwise this is one large work of imagination and it unfortunately reads as such. archerblack, Oct 17, 2008 —Preceding undated comment was added at 09:38, 17 October 2008 (UTC).[reply]

Purpose of the Assessment section?[edit]

I fail to see the point in assessing an aircraft that is in use in multiple countries and yet whose perceived threat stems mostly from China even though Venezuela also uses the same fighters. Request for removal of the section. (Psychoneko (talk) 13:27, 13 February 2008 (UTC))[reply]

what do you mean with removal?.--Bolzanobozen (talk) 14:29, 28 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Assessment comment[edit]

The comment(s) below were originally left at Talk:Sukhoi Su-30MKK/Comments, and are posted here for posterity. Following several discussions in past years, these subpages are now deprecated. The comments may be irrelevant or outdated; if so, please feel free to remove this section.

Could use a lot more information about its development. The analysis section also needs a lot of work to eliminate its original research aspects. Karl Dickman talk 19:00, 16 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
