Talk:Sum-of-squares optimization

The current content is a bit sparse on citations (although many of the facts stated are verified), I plan to improve this. A section detailing the history of these ideas and attributing credit to the foundations of these ideas would also not be remiss. I also think that a discussion of known lower and upper bounds within the sum-of-squares framework for optimization problems would be helpful, and am planning to add this eventually. @Tselilschramm: Thanks for adding the exposition about the duality between SoS and polynomial optimization problems. This is an important fact that is worthy mentioning in this article and your exposition is very clear.
