Sri madhva vs Madhwa vs Sumadhva[edit]

@MRRaja001: can you explain the page moves from Sri Madhva Vijaya to SriMadhwa Vijaya and SriMadhwa Vijaya to Sumadhva Vijaya. The article, other than the title, does not mention Sumadhva at all. Jay (talk) 16:01, 19 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Can you list the citations? From the article I got only this which does mention Sumadhvavijaya but as a single word. Also, an article should start with the mention of the title, but the current starts with the older title "Sri madhva Vijaya". Jay (talk) 19:00, 19 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I don't know about any of these works. My point is about the article title only. Refer MOS:BOLDTITLE and MOS:ALTNAME. I don't see how "Sri Madhva" is same as "Sumadhva", or how "Su" is same as "Sri". If they are the same:

Why doesn't the article use the word "Sumadhva" anywhere within it? But I see other usages like "Sri madhva", "Shree madhva" and "Sri Madhva". There has to be consistency.
There are 6 mentions of "Shee madhva" in the article. Yet, the article is titled with "Sumadhva" which has 0 mentions.

The citations mention Sumadhvavijaya but as a single word (no space before vijaya). Hence, please consider the most popular spelling and rename or rewrite the article accordingly. Jay (talk) 09:31, 20 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Sri prefix for names[edit]

Per WP:NCINDIC#Titles and honorifics honorifics such as "Sri" should generally not be included with names. Almost all names in the article are prefixed with Sri. Jay (talk) 13:50, 20 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
