Activities[edit]
Sumbe is a village in a rural area with prime activity been Agriculture. Both the men and women are involve in the cultivation of both cash crops like cocoa, palm nuts, Bush mango, bitter cola...and food crops like cassava, yams, cocoyams, vegetable,fruits.... The population is also involve in the petit business in the selling of cash crops to cocoa intermediary and also selling of food crops in the village. Nkongho john (talk) 22:17, 22 April 2023 (UTC)
Religion[edit]
Sumbe population is predominantly a christain community. the village has five (5) denominations which are Presbyterian, Apostolic, Baptist,Full gospel and United Methodist Church. worshippers in these churches comes from the Sumbe community and neighbouring villages like the Ntenmbang and Defang villages.
