@Eunicejl319: Good start! This needs more work but I think this is pretty close to being able to move over!

More references, especially English language ones, might be useful for this article.
You have a couple long quotes here. I would keep the references but paraphrase the content in a neutral tone. This is more normal for encyclopedia articles.

@Eunicejl319: Hm.. maybe these sentences? "There are about 860,000 trees and 650,000 autumn flowers such as roses, sunflowers, and cosmos flowers are planted in the garden." and "According to the data collected from Suncheon on October 13, the total visitors of the garden is now at the 400 million mark". Its not a big deal so if you don't want to, you don't need to. :)
