[edit]Not sure why this was flagged again for speedy deletion. I attempted to enter in an entry long ago but someone flagged it for being too promotional. In my opinion, this definition: "Sunshine Suites is a business incubator in New York City." is not too promotional. It is a fact. tobywillow, 5 November 2010 (UTC)
- The problem is that that single fact does not establish the notability for the article. Hasteur (talk) 20:12, 5 November 2010 (UTC)
Would it work if I added several articles/sources substantiating that. tobywillow, 5 November 2010 (UTC)
- It would still be a really short article that doesn't establish "Why should I know about this company?". Dig up sources and mentions why the company is important individually and add more assertions as to it's relevance. Hasteur (talk) 20:45, 5 November 2010 (UTC)
I added a source. Will this work? I can find more.tobywillow, 5 November 2010 (UTC)
- It's only a passing reference to the article subject. All it says is that they are the ones managing the incubator. For not it's a good start. Can we get more content into the article explaining the reason why the company is important. FYI, you really should add your signature (~~~~) when working on the talk page, it makes the conversation easier to read if someone comes in and is trying to sort out the page. Will do. Thanks for your input tobywillow, 7 November 2010 (UTC)
I added more sources and categories. Will gather more pertinent information. Can we now remove the disclaimer? tobywillow, 18:40, 10 November 2010 (UTC)
No longer in business
[edit]According to http://sunshineny.com/, "Sunshine Suites has officially closed it's doors." -- RoySmith (talk) 04:02, 18 February 2020 (UTC)
- The first archive.com snapshot that says it's closed is Jan 19, 2017. It was still showing as open on Dec 2, 2016. -- RoySmith (talk) 15:57, 18 February 2020 (UTC)
