Initial Notes
[edit]This is my initial attempt at an article, so feedback is both welcome and wanted. (And certainly needed!)
The technical specifics in the section on disposable heads probably need to be cleaned up a little to be a little clearer.
There's also some overlap/redundancy with the inkjet printing page I found difficult to avoid without not providing enough context, but making the distinction between head types on the inkjet printing page seemed fraught enough given the distinctions that page already makes between professional and consumer printers, DOD types, etc.
Any advice on how to improve this page? — Preceding unsigned comment added by PrinceKuhio (talk • contribs) 21:54, 2 September 2019 (UTC)
Printer lifetime?
[edit]As written, this article discusses print technology, comparing inkjets to bottle-jets, or "Supertank"ers as everybody else puts it. I think that's a start, and probably the right place to start. But it seems to me that printer lifetimes should also be compared. The term "lifetime" might be in years or pages printed and, of course, would only be an average.
If I were in the market for a printer (which I'm not, but have been in the past) I'd appreciate an honest stab at printer lifetime as that would be a reasonable purchasing consideration. JohnH~enwiki (talk) 02:26, 15 July 2024 (UTC)
