Primary topic
[edit]I don't believe that there is any primary topic for this name. Prior to today, the page defaulted to what is now Surendra Singh (athlete). I thought that Surendra Singh, Cabinet Secretary was at least as important and, likely more, but given the high value placed on athletes I may be mistaken. I did not run any analysis on searches. Surendra Singh, IAS seems to have more web presence than either of the other two. --Bejnar (talk) 04:06, 22 July 2014 (UTC)
