Surinese/Surinamese?[edit]

At the 2012 London Olympics, I heard sports newscasters describe people of Surinam as "Surinese". Is this an accurate term? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Namangwari (talk • contribs) 19:10, 29 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
