Talamantes, There are no child psychiatrists mentioned as experts in the senate bill 43 AMENDED IN ASSEMBLY SEPTEMBER 8, 2023. Prevention is a blind spot in the bill. Why? As a trained social worker and a professor did your own blind spot ‘act out’ and unconsciously condone the abuse the bill is cementing. You know without preventing child abuse it’s all catch up and so won’t change.
