Further development ideas

[edit]

Hi Wikipedians! Here are some suggestions to further develop this Sustainable finance page;

-       It is a small detail but it would be interesting to include the proportion of green bonds to total bonds, this information is interesting to show the big picture.

-       Bringing in a non-European perspective would be interesting, whether it be more precise, at country level, or on the contrary including other regions and/or institutions.

-       Many regulations are currently being discussed and the situation of sustainable finance is evolving, reviewing this page frequently and including updates is essential to keep it up to date.

Very nice work by the way!

When looking over sustainable finance and future developments I really liked the idea of "Bringing in a non-European perspective". In my studies I have done research on various topics surrounding sustainable development and green finance in China. There is a small section on Hong Kong, but I wanted to expand on China as their sustainable finance is constantly developing. I noticed as well that a lot of the information under sections for tools/standards and monetary policy are based on Europe, so I want to add my own subsections under the section Sustainable Finance in China (this could be integrated into other paragraphs if that seems better). I have already added a section in, but I have some other paragraphs that I want to add (and will expand on here further when I do). These are the sources I was going to use:

Article on ESG activities regulation in the EU

[edit]

Hello everyone !

I recently submitted a draft on the EU regulation on transparency and integrity of ESG activities. It is still waiting to be reviewed but I see you are interested in ongoing regulations, do you think it can be a good addition to this page ?

You can find the draft here Draft:Regulation of ESG rating in the European Union. If so, I can mention some key ideas ;)
