More detail on Curchod's contribution to the development of medicine
[edit]Hi, my name is Grace and I'm considering working on this article for a class I'm in called History of Modern Medicine. I noticed that the information on Suzanne Curchod's contributions to medicine in post-revolutionary Paris is very sparse. Since I've learned about her influence in this field, especially in relation to her work on the Necker Hospital and Hospice de Charite, I was planning to add a few sections to the article. Possible sections include "Creation of Necker Hospital", "Influence on Hospice de Charite", and "Influence on post-revolutionary Paris medicine". I'd love any feedback, comments, or tips (especially for biography Wikipedia articles)! Acewind88 (talk) 17:57, 27 February 2017 (UTC)

This article has too many paragraphs without citations, as well as maintenance tags, so I have to quickfail it. --FunkMonk (talk) 10:15, 25 May 2017 (UTC)
About Jacques Necker
[edit]The article mentions twice that Suzanne Curchod's husband Jacques Necker was of "Swiss origins", which cannot be true. Jacques Necker's father, Karl-Friedrich, came from Brandenburg, Germany and was made a Geneva citizen in 1726. Jacques was born a citizen of Geneva six years later. However, at the time Geneva was an independent Republic, founded by John Calvin (Republic : 1541 - 1798), then it was part of France (1798 - 1813) and only became a Swiss canton in 1815, 11 years after Jacques Necker's death. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 178.199.59.154 (talk) 16:22, 4 January 2019 (UTC)
When was she married to Necker?
[edit]Article says this happened in 1764, but the infobox says after 1764. Carlm0404 (talk) 05:08, 8 September 2020 (UTC)
