Chinese site
[edit]The Chinese site calls these Yuan-bao. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 64.53.211.123 (talk) 13:32, 18 January 2015 (UTC)
- Our Chinese site actually calls these yinding. — LlywelynII 15:01, 22 March 2016 (UTC)
Speaking of our Chinese article, it completely contradicts this one. It's under a different name and tells a different story of the origin of the yuanbao name, which it credits to the Yuan dynasty. On the other hand, it's completely unsourced and the Baidu Baike article on yuanbao—while going on about how the shape should be likened to a hoofprint rather than a boat—agrees with our article's origin of the name under the Tang. — LlywelynII 15:01, 22 March 2016 (UTC)
