Pond->Lake

[edit]

took out "pond" from the first second section: not a pond if it's 540,000,000m3 in volume.. that's ridiculous. it's like calling making the Atlantic Ocean a lake. Atlantic Lake...Gw2005 (talk) 19:02, 3 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Unlinkable term

[edit]

What is a "barrage dam"? I can't find it at dam, and, quite frankly, this is a must link term, in my opinion. HuskyHuskie (talk) 04:20, 20 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Changed to "embankment dam", which is the linkable term. Mollwollfumble (talk) 10:10, 18 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

== Just an idea. ==

I am concerned with the accuracy of the statistics in regards to it being the second-largest dam by volume in the world. It seems like there are no reliable sources on the internet yet found to benefit this article. Maybe for the sake of being surely accurate, it could be altered to saying largest tailings dam by volume.
