Observations and suggestions for improvements[edit]
The following observations and suggestions for improvements were collected, following an expert review of the article within the Science, Technology, Society and Wikipedia course at the Politecnico di Milano, in July 2023.
More figures could improve the quality of the article : 1) a 3D sketch of the suspended structure; 2) a SEM image of the sensor; 3) two terminals component, diode-like configuration, or three terminals component would better be understood with a clear yet simple schematic representation of the circuit/connection; 4) the same apply for current and voltage mode of operation; 5) a picture of a matrix of TMOS showing the possible use as a IR camera.
I would write the Boltzman equation to clearly show the dependance on temperature and to highlight the current or voltage operation.
