Digital Signal 1 - additional context

[edit]

Looking at the page, I didn't immediately think of "Digital Signal 1" as a T1 line in terms of internet access. I think it might benefit from additional context. Unfortunately, I don't know how to phrase it...

Good point. I added some more description, it's not perfect but someone will probably come along and improve it! Have a nice day, --Commander Keane 01:18, 31 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia:T1?

[edit]

I came here hoping to find out what 'T1' refers to in Wikipedia moderation/administration/policy issues. Does anyone know, and is it worth adding here or creating a page like the subject line? --Kickstart70-T-C 17:09, 12 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Well "T1" refers to the 1st speedy deletion criterion for Templates (here). This should not be added to this disambiguation page, as it violates Wikipedia:Avoid self-references. Perhaps make a shortcut from WP:T1 or Wikipedia:T1, or add a definition to the Wikipedia:Glossary.--Commander Keane 17:21, 12 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Terminator movie?

[edit]

For me, 'T1' makes me think of The Terminator (the first terminator movie) just as T2 is an abreviation for the movie Terminator 2: Judgment Day ...but maybe that's just me. -- Nojer2 16:11, 13 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I've included the code T104, used by 'secret' agents as an order sent using encryption. Vincenzo2k7 16:03, 22 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
