Oceania Players[edit]

Team medalists[edit]

Does the IOC give out team medals to four players even if one of them never played in the tournament? And if so, should we note that in some way? Right now, Chen and Steger are listed in our table but not the other reserves, which seems inconsistent, if I have not missed anything. -- Jao (talk) 15:45, 18 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hm. I just saw that while they are included in the official list of per-country medalists (e.g. [1]), they are left out in the official list of table tennis medalists ([2]). I would assume, then, that their presence in the former is simply an oversight on the organizer's part. As they have now been removed here, everything (apart from the official site being confused) seems to be in order. -- Jao (talk) 19:34, 18 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
