When is it?

There is no mention of the date on which this occurs. According to this it's on the fourth Thursday in April.Originalname37 (talk) 15:40, 14 February 2008 (UTC)

Please note, in Florida this date conflicts with FCAT (Florida Comprehensive Assessment Testing), and barrs the very group of children this national celebration targets.
