Title[edit]

This event has lots of different translations. On one hand, it's about the Encarnación Commune (Spanish: Comuna de Encarnación), but the event was so short-lived, it would be a misnomer to refer to it as some sort of revolutionary government. So it is better known as a type of insurrection and could use a generic descriptor like "1931 Encarnación insurrection", but that gets into whether sources variously call it a seizure, takeover, capture, etc. The Español common name is Toma de Encarnación, hence why I'm inclined to keep it at a direct translation as the "Taking of Encarnación". czar 21:18, 13 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
