Maybe there is a Wikipedia in your language like http://hi.wikipedia.org where you can find the corresponding article or do you know a different english translation of the word because we can't find any information on Tala maanam

For an editor experienced enough to put up articles for deletion, I find it strange that User:Habanero-tan has not placed a message in the article talk page itself giving time to other editors to understand why he wants to speedy-delete the article.
