Contested deletion

This person is well-known and has accomplished many things in their country, with numerous sources available. Previously, the article was not accurate, but now I have made many additions. Please investigate it. --Qraf (talk) 16:27, 18 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

He is the director of the Port of Baku, a major commercial port in Azerbaijan, and the Azerbaijan Badminton Federation. The person is encyclopedic and I believe he meets the requirements. If necessary, I can also provide additional sources. -- Qraf (talk) 16:30, 18 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

This person is quite well-known in their country because they are the director of the Port of Baku , an important maritime trade port for Azerbaijan.
