A question regarding Talpur origin ?

[edit]

I have heard through some history sources that talpurs actually belonged to Illaqa Derajat of Punjab most probably from Dera Ghazi Khan and are actullay Hoth Baloch descended from the ruler Nusrat Khan Khooni. Is there some relation between hots and talpurs ? Abulfazl 10:58, 4 January 2007 (UTC)

Talpurs are Hoth Baloch

[edit]

Yes; it is correct that Talpur are Hoth Baloch. They are descendants of Mir Jalal Khan. First prominent person among Talpurs was Mir Sulaiman Khan Talpur alias Mir Kakko Talpur. I will post more details on the main page as and when time allows. Mir

NPOV required

[edit]

This article is frequently written using emotive language. These sections need to be rewritten in encyclopaedic language. Conflicts are dealt with from a purely nationalistic perspective. This needs to be rewritten to provide a more balanced perspective per WP:NPOV. Cheers, AusTerrapin (talk) 14:27, 31 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

removing POV tag with no active discussion per Template:POV

[edit]

I've removed an old neutrality tag from this page that appears to have no active discussion per the instructions at Template:POV:

This template is not meant to be a permanent resident on any article. Remove this template whenever:
  1. There is consensus on the talkpage or the NPOV Noticeboard that the issue has been resolved
  2. It is not clear what the neutrality issue is, and no satisfactory explanation has been given
  3. In the absence of any discussion, or if the discussion has become dormant.

Since there's no evidence of ongoing discussion, I'm removing the tag for now. If discussion is continuing and I've failed to see it, however, please feel free to restore the template and continue to address the issues. Thanks to everybody working on this one! -- Khazar2 (talk) 00:28, 18 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
