Perhaps move content to Wikivoyage[edit]

Much of this article reads like a travel guide, there is Wikivoyage Tamarindo for that. I will move/merge the relevant content there in the future. Roqz (talk) 19:13, 7 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Touristy stuff was moved to Wikivoyage on October 2020. --Roqz (talk) 02:55, 7 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Fishing Edits[edit]

@Galomalavasi added a section on fishing in Tamarindo, which is definitely a major industry for the area. However, the good-faith edits included a link to a private business which is outside Wikipedia guidelines. It also lacks citations from authoritative, impartial sources. Please do not add the CRFishingCharters link back to the article. Instead, help build this section with verifiable quotes and data from reliable sources like local news organisations, INCOPESCA, and other impartial authorities. Surfing edits, addition of cultural activities[edit]

Added a new section to highlight activities in the area, the main one of which is surfing. Also highlighted the cultural activities in the area, including the BPM music festival, night market, skate park, and fire shows — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2603:8001:13F0:7330:D549:37C0:89D3:F88F (talk) 21:05, 20 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
