@Oz346 I have uploaded images of my calculations here. As you said, it is true that Puttalam is not a part of "Tamil Eelam". This has been extensively discussed and also proved here [1] with sources. But for some reason, no change to the map has been done in the wikipedia article of "Tamil Eelam". Hence, I have calculated the religion and ethnicity of "Tamil Eelam" including Puttalam as according to this wikipedia article, Puttalam is a part of "Tamil Eelam".
