Formatting

Someone want to format the singles section of this page so that it looks like the charts on other albums? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.229.28.235 (talk) 22:49, 2 November 2007 (UTC)

Easter eggs

I added the easter eggs I found in the booklet. I don't have any references for it, besides my own eyes, and in fact, am quite sure the one for the final song (Our Song) is incorrect, since it really doesn't make much sense. Someone with more wiki-savvy, feel free to correct my insolence. ^_^

Fair use rationale for Image:Tayloralbum.jpg

Image:Tayloralbum.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Some More Information

I noticed that this article is in need of more information. Maybe I could help? I'm not good with wrtiting and editing pages, so someone with more...experience...could add this in. Some background information on her songs and lyrics might be a good idea. I know she talked about some of her songs in Seventeen and CosmoGirl magazine. I know that she wrote Tied Together with a Smile about a friend of hers in high school, and that she wrote Our Song in 9th grade and her friends weren't that crazy about it at first. Also, Drew in Teardrops on my Guitar heard the song on the radio and went to her house and kissed Taylor in the driveway, but by then, they didn't know each other that well anymore-- I think it was 3 years later, maybe? I got most of this information from Seventeen and CosmoGirl-- they were doing interviews with Taylor. Some, I'm pretty sure I got from her official website or her myspace page, and others still I got from talk shows on country radio stations. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Squiqqlypuff (talkcontribs) 14:40, 16 June 2009 (UTC)

Now I don't know why what I posted about it in the new Release section was changed but I'm really upset cause it wasn't wrong! JamesAlan1986 (talk-Contributes) 09:58, 3 August 2011 (UTC)

I made some changes, but it still is pretty much what you had to begin with. I just edited some things for length purposes. It was looking to much like a list of re-release information. There's a track listing for the re-releases if anyone wants to see all the contents. -- ipodnano05 * leave@message 16:12, 3 August 2011 (UTC)

Ipod I'm not trying to be mean but I've been kinda feeling like you been getting onto me about citations and you're not explaining what you mean. That's why I posted this cause I'm not fully understanding what you are saying. JamesAlan1986 (talk-Contributes) 02:37, 4 August 2011 (UTC)

What I mean is just follow the format of all the other citations. Add a work and publisher and keep the dates in the same format (eg August 5, 2011 not 8-5-11). -- ipodnano05 * leave@message 18:29, 4 August 2011 (UTC)

Orphaned references in Taylor Swift (album)

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Taylor Swift (album)'s orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

Reference named "musicanada":

  • From Fifteen (song): "Gold and Platinum". Musiccanada.com. Music Canada. Retrieved July 11, 2011. {{cite web}}: Italic or bold markup not allowed in: |work= (help)
  • From Fearless (Taylor Swift album): "Gold and Platinum". Musiccanada.com. Music Canada. Retrieved July 11, 2011. {{cite web}}: Italic or bold markup not allowed in: |work= (help)

I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT 19:54, 19 May 2012 (UTC)

Best Buy exclusive

"I Heart ?" is the bonus digital track included on the Best Buy exclusive retail release not I'd Lie, which was never officially released. It's an old wives tale that the track was "I'd Lie".

My edits are revised every time I attempt at correcting the info so at the very least there should be the correct info demonstrating the bonus track is "I Heart ?" or the info removed entirely as the source for "I'd Lie" isn't cited or provided anywhere.

Agreed. There is enough picture references proving it was "I Heart ?". There's no credible evidence in support of "I'd Lie" Briki19 (talk) 18:36, 24 April 2018 (UTC)
