story[edit]

this article reads as if the author paraphrased the source material (book). FoCuSandLeArN (talk) 20:00, 10 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

FoCuSandLeArN, you seem to be accusing the article's creator of close paraphrasing which is not what the "story" tag is refering to. The "story" tag is not used in cases of close paraphrasing but in cases where the writing style of the article is not appropriate for an encyclopedia. In this case, the writing style is in the academic style and is therefore appropriate for wikipedia. As for close paraphrasing, have you actually looked at the cited source and compared it's content/language to this article? If you haven't, then I really don't think you should be making any unfounded accusations. The primary contributor to this article, User:Viva-Verdi, has been a highly prolific and valued contributor to the encyclopedia since 2005 and, knowing his work, I doubt that he closely paraphrased the source. If you have actually looked at the source material and have found copyright concerns, please read Wikipedia:Close paraphrasing to get a better understanding of how to handle this kind of problem on wikipedia.
