Location of Tecumseh Mill #2
[edit]There's something not quite right about the description given for its location. It originally states that it was at the corner of Plymouth Avenue and Nashua Street, but then goes on to say that it was demolished and is now a part of the Stop & Shop property. These two are not mutually exclusive; Nashua Street runs parallel to Rodman Street, one block south, and the space between Nashua Street and Rodman Street along Plymouth Avenue was where Tecumseh Mill #3 stood. The article makes it sound like #2 was located where the Grand National supermarket stood, between Blackstone and Lonsdale Streets. I cannot verify when #2 was taken down, but I do have a link to a photo (here) that shows the mill in its proper location. The photo was taken from approximately the corner of John Street and Plymouth Avenue, and several landmarks (including the two houses in the foreground) still exist. If there is any one with better knowledge of Fall River History than me, they can probably help solve this mystery. ToddC4176 (talk) 01:32, 6 February 2016 (UTC)
