Transmission project[edit]
The project is a wind energy transmission not a wind farm project. The only reference of this article is dead but in the Boston Herald a similar article was published. It seems that Associated Press just published incorrect news. At the same day, Edison International published a press release which talks about the Tehachapi Renewable Transmission Project. Also most of other sources talks about the transmission project. Therefore, I changed the article based on the information in the press release. The article still needs to be expanded and updated.
