FkpCascais: The revert is beyond understanding - his Predojević clan was one of many katuns of Vlachs in medieval Bosnia (Herzegovina), see source pg. 675-677, first mentioned 1372, while since 1468 included in the Ottoman hierarchy.--Crovata (talk) 04:42, 3 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

What "In Serb historiography the Vlach ethnonym..." annotations is doing on Predojević article? It has nothing to do whether part of the Vlachs were Serbs or what meant terms "Vlachs" or "vlach" at the time. It's no related with the people who were genuine Vlachs by origin.--Crovata (talk) 23:16, 3 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
There were no Vlachs in Bosnia and Serbia in the medieval times. "Vlachs" was a Turkish synonym for Serbs after George Brankovich, a Serb noble from Wallachia who ruled Serbia as a Turkish vassal.--109.92.171.133 (talk) 08:14, 30 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

The illustration has nothing to do with the article[edit]

Several times have I reminded you that the illustration with this article has nothing to do with the person of Telli Hasan Paşa / Hasan Predojević. It is the folio 79r from an album of Turkish costumes from the collection of Staats und Universitätsbibliothek Bremen in Germany, to which you yourselves give link in the article! Instead of making up nonsense and removing the error you keep deleting my notices and leaving the illustration in place. Instead, you have the outrageous audacity to put the title under the picture stating that it is Hasan Predojević. It is not so, it is a mere general illustration of janissaries in ceremonial costumes and has nothing to do with Hasan Predojević!!! 2A02:AB04:2B7:BB00:8085:93AD:4113:BF8 (talk) 10:08, 22 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
