Multigate transistor[edit]

Depends on how strict you want to be. If it's got 4 electrodes, it's a tetrode. But this article is about bipolar transistors, not MOSFETs. --Wtshymanski (talk) 01:48, 25 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
