"Tetron" may be a common term for the insecticide Tetraethyl pyrophosphate, but it is also a term used for certain nylon/polyester materials. Musical instrument strings for the Japanese shamisen and koto are described as being made of tetron at various online stores. I'm still trying to get good sources on whether Tetron is a product name or is an accepted material name, but wanted to make note of this for others. --JoBaWik (talk) 16:41, 7 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
