Sentence[edit]

"The newscast launched since October 24, 2011 during its coverage of worst floods in Thailand."

This sentence seems all wrong. Wouldn't that have to be

"The newscast launched on October 24, 2011, with its coverage of worst floods in Thailand." - ?
