Express Service for International Letter delivery is deceptive[edit]

The Thai Post sells customers Express service for abroad but it is quite deceptive and most customers are unpleasantly surprised by what they have paid for. Thai Post appears to provide a regular Express Service like DHL or FEDEX with a least a spoke guarantee by its staff to get your package or letter delivered abroad within a few days, but in fact it will not deliver to the destination address abroad with its Express Service once the item reaches the foreign country. Once the letter arrives at the other nation, it will be put in that nation's general mail service (eg US Postal Service) which can take weeks to deliver depending on the size of the nation and the quality of its mail service. So, Thai Post only guarantees your letter will be put on a plane going abroad and arriving abroad within a few days at most. Once abroad you get snail mail quality. Thai Post does not have foreign partners giving reciprocal service in the nations to which its customers parcels land. The pricing of Thai Post is actually a bit higher than DHL and FEDEX, but the service fails the customers. DHL and FEDEX will get your letter or parcel to its actual destination with a few days unlike the Thai Post which really has no guarantees and is known to fail its customers when it comes to international service. It should be noted that DHL and FEDEX are only really fully accessible in the largest urban and industrial areas of Thailand so they too have their issues, but they do provide true Express delivery from their limited locations. 61.19.148.34 (talk) 07:27, 23 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
