Problem With Plot Summary[edit]

When does the lawyer's wife attempt to have the will overturned? I just watched the movie twice, and I don't see that anywhere. Bette Davis must end up with the money, or else how could she afford to travel around Europe? Did I miss something, or should that part of the plot summary be corrected?
