Issues[edit]

Okay, I merged this article into it's correct title and title format. However, the main body of the page still reads like an ad for the movie, and almost looks as if it were copied and pasted from somewhere. Someone should rewrite it as soon as possible. -- Grandpafootsoldier 23:09, 2 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Release Stats[edit]

Article deserves some mention of apparently extremely low distribution levels, boxofficemojo says it at most played in 111 theatres at the peak, and is in only 4 theatres in the 4th week of release. Total revenue is less than 1 million US$!!! WUWT???? It doesnt even begin to approach inconvenient truth levels. (I just saw it and do feel it was quite tedious and too full of professorial talking heads like Thom Hartman doing one ominous non-sequitur after another. Surely there must be some humor in this catastrophe? Some reflection on the 1970's exaggerated doom predictions of Limits to Growth might also have helped.) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.202.248.81 (talk) 07:14, 3 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah agreed, what happened? i just found out about this movie and i study environmental science. looked it up and there are no session times for it. it seems it only went to about one cinema in each Australian state. --220.253.152.247 (talk) 10:18, 22 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Opening Weekend[edit]

I put in the opening weekend receipts and the number of screens. Let the reader conclude what they want from that. --Consorti 15:39, 5 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Criticism[edit]

I removed a section of the criticism section that criticized the criticizer, this information should be included on Patrick Moor's article if it is valid.--207.250.84.10 14:38, 3 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

If you removed the criticism, shouldn't you put him up as a current spokesperson of the oil-and plastics industry instead of a greenpeace-activist, which he is certainly not ? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 84.198.224.152 (talk) 17:09, 28 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Why is this 'criticism' even included? It's not substantive. It's just rhetoric and strawman: he writes "instead of surrendering to the terror" when obviously no one is suggesting that as a course of action; he claims "anti-forestry scare tactics" with no justification or evidence. This section should be deleted. MonoApe (talk) 11:40, 6 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:11thhourposter.jpg[edit]

Image:11thhourposter.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
