Re-creating this article[edit]

I have decided to start the article just to get some sense of how much information is actually out there and to make clear what is possible with these articles. I appreciate that if the Amazing Race 5 AFD fails this will probably have to be deleted too.

If people are going to expand this (am just saving what I've started, still have 10 of the teams to add) please note that it needs to be well referenced with citations from reputable mainstream news sources (not from places like "realitytvrules.com" and the like). -- PageantUpdater • talk | contribs | esperanza 22:00, 20 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

My suggestion: Rename this page as "Notable Contestants from The Amazing Race", then have a section for each season. This solves two problems. First, you don't have to include any team that lacks any additional information beyond their CBS bio (like most of the first or second eliminated teams). Second, it cuts down page cruft, though each season can have a link from their season page to this.   • PS -- I have quickly discovered that finding sources for these articles is way harder than for "5"... I guess because the show was new and not that well known. I've still been able to find quite a few but I think it will get easier as we get through the seasons.
