I will copyedit as I go and make straightforward changes (please revert if I change the meaning) and jot queries below: Casliber (talk · contribs) 19:20, 20 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The body of Richardson was well preserved, but showed - I wouldn't have thought the "but" was the right word here as the two statements are not contrastive. I'd have just said, "The body of Richardson was well preserved, showing..."
I fixed the line on a different way.--GDuwenTell me! 14:58, 21 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Even better still. Casliber (talk · contribs) 08:46, 22 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
In the Memorial concerts, Bob Hale goes to a disambiguation page.
Unlinked Hale, I don't think that any of those articles belongs to him.--GDuwenTell me! 14:58, 21 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
agree. Casliber (talk · contribs) 08:46, 22 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
On the page about Holly's widow, there is some question over whether she was pregnant...?
I did not read the article about Holly's widow while doing this article. After a short read I noticed that the line is not sourced but I should look into it. I found the detail that she was pregnant based on reliable sources. Maybe it should be noted as a rumor?--GDuwenTell me! 14:58, 21 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
On the other hand, the article reports it as fact that she was pregnant, so we can't deviate from that source either. what do other sources say? Casliber (talk · contribs) 09:00, 22 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I can't find any source that states otherwise. This source indicates that she was six months pregnant. According to the source cited by the book (28) she was two weeks pregnant when the tour started (Probably the six months were misinterpreted). this other source indicates that she was five weeks pregnant. The source also attributes the possible "faked pregnancy" to the fact that she never mentioned her miscarriage to Holly's family. Now, the bottomline is that within many reliable sources, I can't find a single one that questions her pregnancy, only the fact that she miscarraged, and inconsistent information about her pregnancy period. I could find only that the pregnancy was self diagnosed, and that Holly and his wife decided to keep it as a secret.(1). --GDuwenTell me! 14:00, 22 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Well in that case our job is to reflect thinking and not do OR, so if all sources say she was pregnant, then she was pregnant....Casliber (talk · contribs) 14:40, 22 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
That's closed then.--GDuwenTell me! 15:05, 22 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
reportedly due to psychological trauma. - wording is like the source, however trying to think of a rephrase without changing the nuance of the meaning....
Is it better now?--GDuwenTell me! 14:27, 22 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Overall, the writing is good and it looks pretty comprehensive, though have there been any movies which cover it? Might be worth mentioning them at the bottom. Casliber (talk ·contribs) 02:46, 21 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Movies added.--GDuwenTell me! 14:58, 21 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
footnote 15 is a "404 not found" - destination changed as website reorganised.....
Fixed.--GDuwenTell me! 14:42, 25 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Given I am not from the midwest (or the USA even), I have little sense of the distance between where the plane took off and where its destination was. Some note on distance or even a map of the midwestern United States showing where these two are would help I think. Or even possibly a map showing the tour dates/locations.
I added two maps that should deliver a sense of distance to the reader. The first with the tour locations and dates, and the second, detailing within the state of Iowa, Mason City and Clear Lake.--GDuwenTell me! 23:02, 24 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
