Okay, now the stuff on their later projects is bigger than the stuff on the actual band :-P . I've been adding information as I find it, but stuff about the actual history of the Dream Academy seems hard to come by. If only they didn't pre-date the wide availability of the Internet, I'll bet there'd be a lot more. PurplePlatypus 21:49, 8 September 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Hello!

I'll be making some additions soon, starting with a picture of them, and then full album information for all of the albums except for A different Kind of Weather (because I don't have it yet!!) Danielnez1 10:54, 23 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Great! Looking forward to seeing your work. bbx 14:55, 23 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]
I've made a start on Somewhere in the Sun, I should have it finished by next week, I've also purchased A Different Kind Of Weather just before on eBay, so I'll do that when it arrives. Once I'm done with the Albums, I'll make a start on the main page. Danielnez1 22:28, 24 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Artist infobox?

[edit]

I've noticed that an increasing number of Band articles are using the Band infobox, so I tried it out on the DA page, but I'm not to sure if its suitable, you can see a copy of it at my sandbox:

Fair use rationale for Image:Dreamacademyalbum.jpg

[edit]

Image:Dreamacademyalbum.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 03:46, 3 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Need for changes possibly

[edit]

In the first paragraph of the History section it's mentioned the group wanted to combine or use instruments together that had not been done before in a prominent fashion. I recall the Cryan Shames' album "Synthesis" bore this intent also. It predates DA by several years. Perhaps if a citation cannot be employed to verify this information it should be altered or removed. THX1136 (talk) 18:46, 23 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
