"Kaiser is not a proper name"

in the context used here, it's a title and yet it's often oddly used as if it were a first name (which actually in this case is Wilhelm). Maybe a slavic or other editor whose native language doesn't have definite articles. 76.180.168.166 (talk) 00:27, 10 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
