- As the video makes clear, the plaster is not simply the original version of the statue: it was a step in the process of creating the finished marble statues in Powers' studio under his direction. I've updated the article to reflect this, rather than imply that the Smithsonian's plaster version is the original and the marbles are just copies. They are not just copies as they have finished detail absent from the plaster. Tanos (talk) 01:38, 12 August 2016 (UTC)
