Possible Copyvio?

Hi, I came here from my Homepage find some sources for this article and I think it copies substantially from https://adelaideaz.com/articles/the-heights-school-in-adelaide-s-northeast-builds-observatory-for-astronomy-courses-in-theory-and-practice. I'm new to reporting copyvios, especially where it looks like most of the article is copied. Do I use {{Copyvio}} and file as per its instructions? WP:EARWIG can't pick up the source's text because it complains of needing Javascript, but I've manually checked and I'm pretty sure it would be a high percentage. I've actually had another look at the source and now I think that the link above may have copied from the article. The first version of the text in question appears on 31 August 2011 with plain-text URLs as references. I checked out the references and they both seem to be first party sources, so I can see why they were converted to external links. I will see if I can find reliable sources for this article.
