I would like to take a moment to clarify the youtube video i added on fox news to the administrators. Someone appears angry at me for stating comments about authentic art, it must be noted that the state attorney has been looking into the investigation of many so called experts selling fake paintings. I would strongly advise wiki to leave this important information. I have been called a scammer, which if you watch the video I have been the only one certified as the official currator, because of my documentary which proves the theories of the fake paintings being sold. E- Bay has annoucned the ooficial shut down of highwaymen paintings due to fraud. Please keep this in mind and block those who are trying to prevent those from knowing this information and trying to sell fakes and forgeries. POV

[edit]

This article is highly POV, esp. in comparing their work to the various US plein air painters. this work is folk art, or naive art, which is in a different magisterium than fine art, and cannot be directly compared. technically, their work is pretty much the same as the other mass produced works you get at consumer art shows, intended as pure decoration for the bourgious. What makes this different is that they were self taught and werent employed by some large art production company.(mercurywoodrose)50.193.19.66 (talk) 15:47, 5 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

most of these oil paintings have more "art" than all the combined trash labeled as such by the MOMA and Tate Modern which cater to the spiritually dead white leftist self-declared "intellectual elite." — Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.172.198.185 (talk) 02:30, 11 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
