Needs to be re-written[edit]

I'm trying to find any information out about if this company is still around and it seems hard. There's no modern articles on it, and it appears it's last SEC files are from the archives back in around 2006. Normally a Wikipedia article will state the name and "was" or "is" along with whatever the page is on about (in this case, a business) but instead starts like an ad pitch for all I can assume is a now defunct immunotherapy company. If anyone else could help figure out what's going on here it would be greatly appreciated. I'll do some basic edits but this page has gone back and forth in it's edit history and is confusing.
