Hello. Would like to make these changes to the lead:[edit]

I am removing some of the broken(red) links in the List of Works table. I have started with the paintings. Tacocatmpls (talk) 13:47, 13 November 2014 (UTC) I've noticed that there are several un-cited quotations in this article that should either be removed or have citations added next to them. Is there anyone who would like to research these? Would like to add content to the article explaining the symbols of the auto da fe that are visible in this painting.Voltairian2000 (talk) 18:50, 3 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Change name (Spanish) and date of work to be consistent with the Royal Academy of Fine Arts San Fernando in Madrid (who own the painting), they give the title Escena de Inquisición. Take out the reference to Manuel García de la Prada and add name to another section. Voltairian2000 (talk) 13:39, 1 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

The Inquisition Tribunal

The Inquisition Tribunal is a 46-by-73-centimetre (18 by 29 in) oil-on-panel painting produced by the Spanish artist Francisco Goya between 1812 and 1819. It depicts an auto-da-fé by a tribunal of the Spanish Inquisition taking place inside a church. The officials in the scene are predominantly monks, with only a single secular judge present, while the four accused are wearing tall, pointed corozas or capirotes (white pointed hats) on their heads and clad in sanbenitos describing their offences. The painting is now in the collection of the Real Academia de Bellas Artes de San Fernando in Madrid.
