If you want to merge, you must preserve the original creation date, as this page was created on January 10, 2021, while the other page was created on January 12, 2021. It is not accepted that you create a redirect from this page.--سامي الرحيلي (talk) 08:39, 12 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@سامي الرحيلي: we don’t automatically merge a newer article to an older one. That’s why we discuss here what the outcome should be. Every other editor in the discussion thinks the other article is a better merge target. A redirect does not lose the article history, it preserves it.
