Is the Masters Review actually based in Portland?[edit]

The Wikipedia article says that the Masters Review is based in Portland, Oregon, but the postal address, as stated on the Masters Review website, is in Bend, Oregon, which is some distance from Portland - three plus hours by car (although maybe an hour or less by private jet).
